Sven-Goran Eriksson ruled out of Leeds job before 11-year-old

Fabio Capello isn't the only former England manager looking for a new gig. Sven-Goran Eriksson, out of work since he was sacked by Leicester in October, decided to join the many others offering their services for the Leeds job recently vacated by Simon Grayson. But Leeds chairman and cantankerous owl Ken Bates, was less than receptive to his offer.

From Soccernet:

"We have been inundated with applications from the cheeky to the outlandish," Bates told Yorkshire Radio. "We've had one from an 11-year-old boy who obviously has high ambitions in the game and we have a Playstation manager of 2010 who fancies his chances having won a competition.

"We've also had Sven Goran Eriksson apply, but he won't be coming."

An 11-year-old? He's ambitions -- that's always good. Playstation manager? He's won -- also good. Sven-Goran Eriksson? NO.
