The ring of Barca: Leo Messi and friends training-ground juggling routine

With many players back in training now (including David Villa), Barcelona decided to prepare for another season of uninterrupted ball control with something of a circus show. Players broke up into groups and formed circles by holding hands -- links they tried not to break as they juggled the ball between themselves.

In the primary group shown in the video above, Leo Messi, Javier Mascherano, Ibrahim Afellay, Dani Alves and Adriano make it look easier than it is.

Don't be surprised if Barcelona actually do this during matches this season.
