Lionel Messi washing his face in a Japanese ad is funnier than you might think

Last week, a Japanese face wash ad featuring Lionel Messi's mug completely covered in white foam (video below) amused and delighted the Internet. This week, we get part two of the campaign (video above), featuring Messi applying the product before doing some kind of Fonzie move while admiring himself in the mirror.

This feels like an even more direct insult to Cristiano Ronaldo than the four Ballon d'Or awards.
