Falcao scores with an exquisite scissor kick from a corner

Because the season never ends anymore, Atletico Madrid have been playing friendlies in star striker Falcao's native Colombia even though their La Liga campaign just ended. During the first half of their match against America de Cali, the main attraction and king of the Europa League scored with a spectacular scissor kick directly from Diego's corner kick. The opposing keeper was helpless against Falcao's gravity-defying blast into the top of the net and it's amazing the match wasn't abandoned right then and there so everyone could gawk at the replays of it.

After winning the Champions League final, Chelsea should consider this a warning of what's to come when they play Atletico in the UEFA Super Cup at the end of August. Assuming, of course, they don't buy Falcao between now and then.
