DTotD: Josip Ilicic gets tackled by the ball

Palermo's Josip Ilicic is normally quite talented with the ball at his feet (see what he did against Chievo last season for evidence). But with preseason just starting and the rust of having a few weeks off still present, even Ilicic is susceptible to being betrayed by an inanimate object.

In a friendly against Alto Adige (which Palermo dominated 7-1), Ilicic attempted to pull a fancy little backheel move off a pass and ended up tripping over the ball and falling to the ground. But, when the Serie A season finally arrives, you can be sure Ilicic will get his revenge on that sucker.
