This is Alexi Lalas in a USWNT shirt and cowboy hat

Former U.S. national team defender and current ESPN commentator Alexi Lalas is very much in the Women's World Cup final spirit, dressing up in the U.S. women's team shirt along with his sunglasses and cowboy hat. And since Nike doesn't make a men's version of the women's team shirt, we've apparently been granted free passes to the gun show.
