Jose Mourinho makes stink face, pinches Barca coachs eye
The constant, intense and hate-filled matches between Real Madrid and Barcelona have clearly driven Jose Mourinho over the edge. Already serving a UEFA ban for his sending off and UNICEF conspiracy tirade that following Real and Barca's Champions League encounter last season, it looks like he might have a domestic ban coming his way thanks to his strange antics in his side's Supercopa loss.
But before things turned violently weird, they were just hilariously weird. A scuffle between Marcelo and Lionel Messi that was started when the former caught the latter in the gut with his boot prompted Jose to make a face like someone just crop dusted him.
It all turned nasty after that, though. When Barcelona squashed Real's high spirits after their 82nd minute equalizer with a Leo Messi winner just six minutes later and then fought back when Marcelo was sent off for a cynical scissor takedown on Cesc Fabregas, Jose got involved. In the form of a sneak-attack face pinch on Barca assistant Tito Vilanova. Video right this way...
Mourinho got a shove in the back, to which he responded with a Jose smirk.
This photo makes it very obvious that the blame for Jose's actions should fall on the mustachioed man in the middle, who just stood there and enjoyed the incident with solemn satisfaction.
That face pinch might be the final signal that Mourinho needs to get away from Real and Barca and Spain. It's driven him from eccentric and entertaining to completely insane (...and entertaining). If we do end up having another four or six Clasicos this season, he's going to literally eat someone. This cannot end well.
