Gossip: Manchester United eye Portugal raid

Manchester United have been linked with a move for Sporting Lisbon starlet Ricky van Wolfswinkel.

The 22-year-old has impressed in Portugal after joining from FC Utrecht, and the Sun reports Sporting are resigned to losing the striker.

Meanwhile, talkSPORT report that United are chasing Benfica's 23-year-old Argentinian winger Nico Gaitan.
