Pele says Sylvester Stallone was his toughest opponent

Pele played against some of the best footballers in the history of the game over his 21-year career and 92 appearances with the Brazilian national team. At the launch of the Pele Sports boot, he was asked who the toughest opponent he ever faced. Surely that can't be an easy one to answer, but Pele came up with one name above all the rest. From Goal.com:

"Sylvester Stallone during the filming of Escape to Victory. He was very strong."

He was joking, of course. I think. Then again, how many actual goalkeepers could make a save like this -- in slow motion, no less -- and then go on to defeat Mr. T in the boxing ring in their very next film? Only Stallone. And maybe Gordon Banks

Anyway, since Pele can't speak without putting Lionel Messi down, he also said this:

"I would love to play with Lionel Messi. But Messi is an incomplete player because he can't use his head. Also I played football for 20 years, Messi has only played for several years."

Yes, if only Messi were 40 years old, he'd be so much better. But he can't use his head? Maybe he should take some lessons from Rambo.
