DTotD: Neri Cardozo slams his face into an advertising board

This actually happened a week ago, but it fully deserves its place as a DTotD, so we present it to you now.

Monterrey's Neri Cardozo apparently forgot how to stop running during his side's 3-2 loss to Pumas, so he tried to hurdle the advertising board just beyond the endline. Well, it turns out his jumping ability isn't much better than his stopping ability, so he caught his foot on the one advertisement and smashed his face into another.

Cardozo had to be substituted at halftime, but he would be OK! Last Saturday, he was not only right back in the starting XI, he even scored a goal in Monterrey's 2-0 win over Pachuca.
